Bluestone is a unique mental health care group, offering an unprecedented holistic approach to caring for mental health and wellness. At present, Bluestone serves the practices of 4 Psychologists, 2 PMHNP-BC, 1 Naturopathic Physician (ND), 1 Yoga Therapist (C-IAYT), 2 Associate counselors, and 14 licensed Counselors (LICSW and LMHC).

We have a growing team of independent, member practitioners with diverse practice orientations, areas of clinical interests, and an ongoing commitment to professional training. Being a cohesive team affords us the opportunity to cross refer and to support each other with monthly case consultation.

Scheduling Requirements:

We are currently looking for:

THERAPISTS

  • In-person providers who want to serve 15 or more clients a week.
  • Evening availability a must and weekend availability highly desired.

Income Potential: $40,000- $100,000+. We present a wide range because income depends on how many client hours you average per week, your license level, and how much time off you choose to take.

PSYCHIATRIC MENTAL HEALTH NURSE PRACTITIONERS

  • In-person providers, especially serving children and/or elders
  • Looking to schedule 2+ days a week

Income Potential: $200,000+. Your income will depend on how many client hours you average per week and how much time off you choose to take.

Minimum requirements include:

  1. Licensed for independent practice in Washington State (Counselor Associate positions are currently full)
  2. Your own malpractice insurance
  3. For Psych ARNPS: your own DEA license
  4. Current enrollment on insurance panels is preferred but not required

This opportunity is ideal for the highly skilled and regarded provider who would like to work in a private practice setting without the work, interest or financial investment of running the business of a private practice.
