I’m a firm believer that therapy starts the moment you begin seeking a therapist. I primarily utilize the tools of EMDR, Mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy. The moment you seek change already shows a willingness to make a courageous and life affirming step towards your goals. I will meet you where you are and walk with you towards the outcomes you desire. I envision therapy as a collaborative relationship that we will create together. It is an opportunity for us to focus on your growth and the positive changes you want to make in your life. I will be there to offer non-judgmental support and unconditional positive regard.
While I am experienced in many types of therapeutic approaches, as mentioned before I am very well accustomed to EMDR, CBT, DBT and more. I’m an ally of the LGBTQAI+ community and also enjoy working with individuals who are in many forms of loving relationships. This includes but is not limited to those of which are not monogamous. My goal is to support your uniqueness and individuality. You are the expert of your own life.
