Dr. Lilia Peng* is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) and licensed as both an Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner (ARNP) and a Naturopathic Physician (ND) in Washington State. She received her Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) in Psychiatric Mental Health from the University of Washington and her Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine (ND) from Bastyr University. Dr. Peng provides psychiatric evaluation and medication management, supportive therapy, and complementary/alternative care for mental health.

Dr. Peng is not accepting new patients. Dr. Peng sees her current patients one day per week predominately through telehealth. When necessary, she will see patients in-person at the Main office.
I approach mental health from a holistic perspective, addressing both the mind and body to help patients improve mental wellness. My approach is comprehensive and integrative, including tools such as laboratory assessment, lifestyle counseling, supportive therapy, natural treatments, and medications. I personalize treatments to the individual and work collaboratively with clients to address goals for care. My goal is to empower patients with the knowledge and tools necessary to take ownership of their mental health and improve well-being. I look forward to walking alongside you on your journey.

Dr. Peng received training in general naturopathic medicine, primary care, and chronic disease management in the Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine (ND) program at Bastyr University. Afterwards, she completed a residency in chronic disease management with a focus on mental health, autoimmune disease, and chronic pain at the Quest Center for Integrative Health in Portland, Oregon. She then pursued additional training in psychiatry through the University of Washington’s Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) program. Dr. Peng has worked in inpatient psychiatry and community mental health in addition to private practice. She has treated a wide variety of mental health and medical conditions including depression, anxiety, PMDD, PTSD, ADHD, OCD, bipolar spectrum disorder, digestive concerns, and endocrine/metabolic conditions. Dr. Peng also holds Bachelor’s degrees in Nursing; Economics; and Community, Environment, and Planning (CEP) from the University of Washington.
