Therapeutic Approach

My desire is to provide genuine and compassionate support to help you feel empowered in who you are. Every person and circumstance is unique, therefore listening to your thoughts and experiences is important to me. We often feel easily uncomfortable when life is out of our control. Our lack of boundaries with others can cause issues in relationships and within ourselves. Not understanding our own value and worth can affect our outlook on life. Trauma and loss can tarnish our experiences, leaving us feeling lost. I believe that you deserve the right and have the ability to achieve peace and genuine happiness. My goal is to work with you to explore your specific wants, needs, and goals so your life feels back in your control.

My therapeutic approach is integrative and based on your needs. My goal is to individualize my time and approach with you so that you benefit and can work towards your goals. This includes, but does not limit, utilizing techniques in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Solution Focused Therapy.

I truly enjoy witnessing the personal growth of others and would be honored to support you in doing the same.
